Featured on AutoHunter.com, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is this 1977 Ford F-150 Ranger 4WD. In approximately 2018, it underwent a complete restoration. Power comes from the rebuilt, reportedly original 400ci V8, which is paired with a rebuilt C4 three-speed automatic transmission. Finished in dark gray over a gray cloth interior, this lifted F-150 is now offered by the selling dealer with a Deluxe Marti Report and a clear title.

Originally Raven Black, the body has been repainted dark gray. It comes equipped with black bumpers and trim, aftermarket headlights, tinted windows, black tube steps, and a spray-in bedliner.

The original wheels and tires have been replaced with a set of 17-inch Fuel wheels equipped with manually locking front hubs and 33″ x 12.50″ General Grabber off-road tires.

Inside, the bench seat’s original red vinyl has been replaced with gray cloth backed by dark gray vinyl. Features include manual windows, power steering, a column-mounted automatic shifter, a rebuilt air conditioning system, an AM/FM stereo, a floor-mounted transfer case shifter, and a gun rack. According to the selling dealer, new cabin insulation has been installed and the air conditioning has been converted to run R-134a refrigerant.

Vehicle information is displayed on an 85-mph speedometer, a steering column-mounted tachometer, and gauges for the alternator, temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The odometer shows 95,809 miles, but the true mileage on this truck is unknown.

Under the hood is the reportedly original 400ci V8, which rebuilt in 2018, resealed, and bored 0.010 over. It comes equipped with an RV camshaft, an Edelbrock carburetor, an American Autowire wiring harness, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans as well as provisions for electronic fuel injection and power windows. The engine is connected to a rebuilt and resealed C4 three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.

The underpinnings of this truck consist of a powder-coated frame, dual Rough Country steering stabilizers, a four-inch radius arm lift kit, and 4.11:1 gears. Power drum brakes bring it to a stop. The engine breathes through a Flowmaster dual exhaust system.

A Deluxe Marti Report will come with the purchase of the truck. In the video below, it can be heard idling.
