The 2025 Toyota Tacoma changes include a few small items, a new color and some price adjustments for the midsize truck.
What’s New in the 2025 Toyota Tacoma
The 2025 Toyota Tacoma features several small changes in color choices and adding an additional switch.
First, the TRD Pro and Trailhunter grades now get the front tow hooks painted red instead of black. This makes them much easier to see and use when buried in snow or mud.
Second, a fourth pre-wired auxiliary switch has been added to the TRD Pro and Trailhunter grades. This switch, located inside the cabin, makes operating accessories much easier like additional light bars, winches, etc… Inside the engine bay is a pre-built electrical connector to run the wiring to it then the switches operate the equipment.
Lastly, the TRD Pro gets a new exclusive Mudbath exterior color. This follows a trend with Toyota that each year the TRD Pro trims of their vehicles get a new unique color.
2025 Toyota Tacoma pricing
For pricing, most trims see a modest $20-90 increase in price.
Several models like the Sport and TRD Off-road trims have no price increases at all.
The top end models see a small decrease of $165.
