The 2025 Toyota Tundra changes have been officially announced with many new features, a new package and a price hike for all trims.
2025 Toyota Tundra changes
Starting our list of 2025 Toyota Tundra changes is the new front massaging seats feature for 1794, Platinum and Capstone trim. This feature adds integrated massage functions for the leather-trimmed and 10-way power-adjustable seats.
Next is the TRD Rally package with the red, orange and yellow heritage colors incorporated into the design. There are also 18-inch TRD off-road wheels with unique center caps, all-terrain tires, Bilstein shocks and skid plates for off-road driving. It comes with an electronically controlled locking rear differential, multi-terrain select and crawl control. The interior also uses heritage colors on the seats and dashboard. It is available in four colors: Ice Cap, Magnetic Gray, Midnight Black Metallic and Celestial Silver.
There’s also a new available power tailgate with knee lift assist like the new 2024 Toyota Tacoma uses.
A new tow tech package includes an antenna and Wi-Fi trailer camera, so you can place a camera wherever you’d like when towing.
Another change is for The TRD Pro model with a new Mudbath exterior color.
Finally, an eight-way power-adjustable seat with power lumbar is now standard on SR5 trims.
2025 Toyota Tundra pricing
For all trims, the 2025 Toyota Tundra pricing has gone up.
Ryan Gregg, a fan of this channel and Toyota, put together this chart showing year over year price increases.
Also, the delivery, processing, & handling fee has increased to $1,945. It was $1,850.
What hasn’t changed?
The Tundra will use the same powertrain with the 3.4-liter turbocharged V-6 engine in either a gas or hybrid setup. This is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
It also keeps the same maximum towing capacity of 12,000 pounds, all the same trim levels and cab and bed configurations.
The bottom line
These are more changes than one would anticipate without calling it a full refresh. Historically, Toyota comes out with a new color and maybe one new feature.
