The first-ever Classics World Picnic, set to take place next month, is a celebration of the very best in classic cars

Mallory Park Circuit in Leicestershire is to be the site of the inaugural Classics World Picnic, a casual event celebrating the very best in classic cars set for Sunday, September 22.

The informal event will allow visitors to meet some of the Classics World team members and their cars, display their own classics and meet like-minded enthusiasts in a relaxed setting. Prizes will also be given to some of the best cars in attendance.

Those whose car is at least 20 years old – 2004 and older – can register for a display pass, with all makes and models welcome to apply. Otherwise, visitors can park in the public car park and walk in to join the fun at the Classics World Picnic. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own food if they wish but on-site catering is also available.

The Classics World Picnic will share Mallory Park with FordFest, with tickets to either event offering access to the other. Highlights will include track action, stunt displays, a trade village and live music, along with curated displays courtesy of our sister title Classic Ford.

The event venue will be accessible from the day before, with on-site camping offered alongside on-site catering. Mallory Park Circuit’s central location means easy access from the M42, M1 and M69.
