Have you heard of The Elf on the Shelf? There’s a good chance you have. If you haven’t, you’ve probably seen it. People are fond of adopting a Scout Elf and hiding it in various places, whether that’s at home, in the office, or outdoors, often taking pictures of their chosen spots for all of social media to see. Now Chrysler is getting in on the action with its Pacifica and Pacifica Hybrid minivans.

If you have one of those and need some ideas of where to place your very own Scout Elf inside of it, Chrysler has come up with a few suggestions, such as having Scout hide gifts in the second-row Stow ‘n Go storage bin or clean up the crumbs from holiday road trip treats with the third-row Stow ‘n Vac. I also have a couple of suggestions. You can have Scout warm up the quilted pillows for the second row of your lux Pacifica Pinnacle, test the smoothness of the power-sliding doors by taking a ride on one of their handles, or place the elf on top of your panoramic sunroof and have your loved ones guess where it is when you pick them up.

Up until Christmas Eve, “Chrysler brand’s social media channels will have The Elf on the Shelf-inspired content, including weekly Instagram stories and content across TikTok and Facebook, such as ‘Help us find The Elf on the Shelf’ and polls asking fans, ‘where should Scout Elf go next?’” Once again, I have some ideas. How about in a wrapped box going to the child of a less fortunate family? Or on the trunk of the tree you’re about to haul home from an idyllic Christmas tree farm? Perhaps under the top hat of your child’s first snowman?
