The exterior of the Ram 1500 Rebel is characterized by a blacked-out grille featuring prominent “R-A-M” badging, complemented by a new black off-road front bumper design with a durable powder-coated surface. Notable enhancements include LED fog lamps and bi-functional projector headlamps beneath an aluminum sport hood.

Inside, the Rebel offers paddle shifters, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a console-mounted performance shifter. The Rebel-specific interior boasts premium leather bucket seats adorned with the Rebel “X” logo, red accent stitching, and red crusted perforated seat inserts. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, an exclusive black metal with red accented center console badge is featured. The interior is further distinguished by a panoramic sunroof.

The 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel incorporates the latest Uconnect system, featuring a 14.5-inch touchscreen display for improved user experience and connectivity. Additionally, it introduces a class-exclusive 10.25-inch passenger screen offering navigation, entertainment, and camera views.

Enhanced off-road capabilities are achieved through optimized approach, departure, and breakover angles, a 1-inch raised ride height, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and 18-inch aluminum wheels. Rebel models feature Bilstein shocks, a softer rear stabilizer bar, and steering calibration tailored to the increased ride height.

The Ram 1500 Rebel is exclusively available as a crew cab model with a 5-foot, 7-inch bed length. Powering the Rebel is the all-new 3.0-liter Hurricane Standard Output SST engine, delivering 420 horsepower and 469 pound-feet of torque, paired with a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission.

The 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel is currently available, starting at $66,190 including a $1,995 destination charge.

The bottom line

Offering more off-road versions of their trucks is either going to be a big hit or cause a lot of confusion among consumers. While the Ram 1500 RHO is a completely different looking truck aimed at a different audience, the Rebel and Rebel X buyer will have some tough choices to make. And then there is the Ram Power Wagon and Ram 1500 Warlock edition to consider as well. Clear as mud right?
